The SHE Grows & Evolves programme is for female leaders who want to develop the necessary skills to lead high-performing teams and develop confidence to take themselves to the next level.

Designed to empower women, help them to develop and enhance their own skills and abilities, challenge power and inequality, whilst also building assertiveness, projecting a positive image and giving them each a voice and visibility.

The SHE Grows & Evolves programme is to be delivered over a 6 week period and will consist of modules and topics that are delivered as ‘live’ virtual sessions.

Emotional Intelligence

During the Emotional Intelligence module, we will investigate the fundamental elements of Emotional Intelligence and their potential for enhancement. To put it simply, we'll recognise that emotions can significantly influence our conduct and interactions with others, and then acquire the skills to regulate those emotions - both our own and those of others.

Upon completion of this module, participants will have developed a greater understanding of Emotional Intelligence and practical skills to manage emotions effectively, build strong relationships, and achieve personal and professional success.

Imposter Syndrome

Imposter Syndrome is a widespread psychological phenomenon that can have a detrimental impact on individuals' professional and personal lives. The Imposter Syndrome module is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Imposter Syndrome, its causes, and effective strategies for overcoming it.

This module will explore the roots of Imposter Syndrome, as well as various techniques to build confidence and self-assurance, set goals and pursue them, and develop a healthier, more productive mindset.

Menopause

The Menopause Awareness module aims to provide you with a deep understanding of menopause and its impact on women's lives. Throughout this module, we will explore the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that occur during this natural phase of life. From hot flushes and night sweats to mood swings and sleep disturbances, we will delve into the various symptoms and their management strategies.

By the end of this module participants will not only have a comprehensive understanding of menopause but also the knowledge and tools to support yourself or the women in your life through this transformative journey.

Mental Toughness & Wellbeing

The Mental Toughness and Wellbeing module is designed to empower you with the tools and techniques needed to cultivate resilience, enhance your mental strength, and achieve optimal wellbeing. In today's fast-paced world, it is crucial to develop the capacity to navigate challenges, bounce back from setbacks, and maintain a positive mindset.

Throughout this module, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, honing your mental resilience through various exercises, mindfulness practices, and cognitive strategies. We will explore topics such as stress management, emotional intelligence, self-care, and goal setting to help you create a solid foundation for mental wellbeing. Building my Personal Brand

The Building My Personal Brand module aims to enhance participants understanding of the factors that can either foster or impede success in the workplace, and why one's image and visibility are critical.

During this module, we delve into several topics, including personal image and exposure, the potential effects of stress on our image, and various tactics to cultivate a successful personal brand.

Work-Life Balance
