The SHE Leads programme is designed to empower women, help them to develop and enhance their own skills and abilities, challenge power and inequality, whilst also building assertiveness, projecting a positive image and giving them each a voice and visibility.
SHE Leads will increase confidence, accountability, competence, capability, and personal and team performance, ultimately giving all participants the tools and confidence needed to take themselves to the next level.
The SHE Leads programme is delivered over a 3-month period, and will consist of modules and topics that are delivered face to face.
Throughout the programme there will be guest speakers and role models invited along to share their experiences as a female leader. This in turn will motivate, encourage, and empower participants to grow, achieve and build their own professional reputation.
Through a combination of engaging classroom workshops, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to lead with vision, navigate challenges, and drive innovation.
