Gain a better understanding of mental health, and be able to dispel myths and misconceptions about mental health conditions.

This Mental Health First Aid course is designed to teach individuals how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness or crisis. The course is intended to give you the knowledge and skills to offer support and assistance to someone who may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis until professional help arrives

To maintain a safe and comfortable learning environment, we cap our courses at a maximum of 12 participants. We understand that certain topics discussed during the course may be sensitive, and our instructors are trained to assist those who may find some parts challenging. Our priority is to ensure a secure learning environment, and our instructors are equipped to assist you throughout the entire course. You are not obligated to participate in any aspect of the course that makes you feel uneasy.

You will receive a set of Mental Health First Aid course materials, which are invaluable resources for ongoing support. Upon completion of the course, you will be awarded a certificate recognising you as a trained Mental Health First Aider.
