Upon completion of this Presentation Skills course, learners will have a genuine sense of confidence and self-belief in their public speaking abilities. They will learn effective tips and techniques to grab and maintain audience interest, manage notes and prompt cards, and keep their audience engaged. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to evaluate others' presentations and learn from their experiences

Course includes:

• Preparing and planning a presentation: Determining the purpose of your presentation, defining your key message, researching your topic, and structuring your content in a way that engages your audience.
• Using visual aids effectively: Creating slides, handouts, or other visual aids that enhance your presentation, and using them in a way that supports your message without distracting from it.
• Engaging your audience: Techniques for establishing rapport with your audience, using humour, storytelling, and other techniques to keep their attention, and adapting your presentation to the needs and interests of your audience.
• Managing nerves and anxiety: Techniques for reducing anxiety before and during your presentation, such as deep breathing, visualization, and positive self-talk.
• Handling questions and feedback: Strategies for responding to difficult questions, handling interruptions or distractions, and using feedback to improve your presentation skills.
