Coaching is not about imparting knowledge or telling people what to do, but rather creating an environment that fosters learning and growth.

The Essential Coaching Skills course's focus on developing core coaching skills is important because effective coaching involves much more than simply asking questions and giving feedback. It requires a deep understanding of human behaviour, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with others.

Using a blend of theory, individual and group exercises and both experiential and reflective practise, this course is designed to enable you to have more impactful conversations with others, challenge your mindset and take away tools and techniques to help you develop your capabilities as a Coach.

By developing these fundamental coaching skills, learners will be able to better support their colleagues, team members, and clients in achieving their goals, improving performance, and overcoming challenges. They will also be able to foster a culture of learning and development within their organisations, which can lead to greater innovation, creativity, and success.

Follow Up

A follow-up Zoom session allows you and your peers to re-group, reflect and review your applied coaching skills within your workplaces, and share the successes, challenges and learnings experienced to further support and develop you as a Coach.
