1:1 coaching is a process of guiding and supporting someone to discover their own solutions and achieve their goals.

1:1 Coaching relationships typically last for 3-6 sessions. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours and with meetings at 4-6 weekly intervals, with the agenda set by you. All coaching sessions and content within them are completely confidential.
