NLP Diploma Course Overview

This is a four-day (30 training hours) pre-practitioner course, delivered to the high standards of the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA). The course provides a thorough foundation in NLP skills and techniques for use in personal growth and development as well as in business settings.

Applications in both business and personal development will be discussed and practised throughout. NLP is about understanding others, and ourselves. What makes us ‘tick’? How do we perceive the world around us and how does that affect the way we communicate, recall experiences and behave?

Content includes:

  • The Roots of Neuro-Linguistic Programming – where did NLP come from and where did they get that name?
  • The “Legs” of NLP – the four cornerstones of NLP and excellent guides for life
  • The NLP Model of Communication Excellence – understanding why everyone is uniquely different
  • Filters - tools for detecting how others make sense of the world, for fostering co-operation, understanding, tolerance and team work
  • Rapport – how to build and improve relationship skills using simple, yet powerful techniques
  • The Feedback Sandwich – how to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Language – words and phrases that change mindsets
  • Simple Anchoring – storing and recalling positive states.
