Skills Support for the Workforce

Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW)

The aim of the Skills Support for the Workforce programme is to help SME’s meet their growth objectives, by upskilling their employees.

It’s no secret that effective training develops the vital skills needed to keep employees motivated, productive and committed and that a good (or bad) manager affects employee performance, satisfaction, productivity, efficiency, turnover and the overall health of any organisation.

Research shows that employers who provide their staff with an opportunity to learn and develop, are rewarded with happier, motivated, loyal and engaged employees.

If you are looking to grow your business and increase profitability, it goes without saying that investing in training, financially or with your time, is a smart move.
