Management training supports growth of Easi-Drive business

Easi-Drive provides a high quality, comprehensive accident management solution, specialising in assisting drivers nationwide who have been involved in non-fault road traffic accidents. Easi-Drive's services include the provision of replacement like-for-like vehicles, financing of vehicle repairs and management of compensation claims.

Easi-Drive had been recognised as a fast growing business, with a range of business and industry awards including The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, Manchester Evening News Business of the Year Finalist and ITM Nationwide Accident Management Specialist.

The directors anticipated considerable changes to the structure and approach to their traditional business model over the following few years and the nature of what each of their operational sites delivered would change significantly. As such, Easi-Drive knew that they needed to equip their supervisors and managers with the tools and skills to drive through these changes and to deliver the Easi-Drive promise to its customers in ever changing circumstances.

The Solution

Total Excellence Centre was chosen to deliver a bespoke Management Development Programme designed around Easi-Drive's existing competency framework. They were then tasked with developing a cadre of workplace coaches in order to continue supporting the development back in the workplace. Easi-Drive felt it was important that there was some recognition for the programme so it was delivered through the 'Endorsed Programme' route through the Institute of Leadership and Management.

The Results
